How does payrolling work?

Once your employees have registered with us, we can begin paying them. You submit periodic timesheets to us (for example, weekly or monthy) giving the number of hours worked and the rate of pay. This is done using our on-line system my.tentoo.nl.

We will transfer payment to your employee within one week*. You will receive a detailed (digital) invoice from us, and you then transfer payment to us.

My.tentoo is the backbone of our payroll service. In addition to providing clear details of your salary administration, my.tentoo also ensures transactions are carried out quickly, accurately and simply. After logging on to my.tentoo, you can check the hours recorded by your staff and approve them for payment. The freelancer/flex-worker then also receives payslips and an annual tax notice in my.tentoo. Tentoo provides you with a excellent overview of invoices paid and any still outstanding.
