Am I accruing pension entitlement?
If you are payrolled via Tentoo CF & F, you will start accruing pension entitlement from 27 weeks. The Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs has made it compulsory for everyone over the age of 21 who works via a temporary employment contract / flexwerk contract for 26 weeks to participate in a basic pension arrangement (Basispensioenregeling) from the 27th week onwards. Once you have worked for 27 weeks, Tentoo automatically enrols you. The flexwerker and the client do not have to take any action. The pension arrangement is implemented by Nationale Nederlanden (NN).
Once you have worked via a temporary employment contract / flexwerk contract for 78 weeks (not necessarily consecutively), the extra pension arrangement applies.
