How payrolling works

Payrolling via Tentoo is simple. You can register (free of charge) via my.tentoo.nl. In addition to regstration, you also need to send us a copy of your paspoort or identity card. As soon as you start work, you send us details of your periodic (weekly or monthy) hours worked, including the agreed price, via my.tentoo.nl.

As soon as the client as approved the online jobsheet, we will transfer the net pay to you within a week. * We then send the invoice to the client.

When you register, we look at which form of payment is the most suitable. This depends on your occupation or position and the number of clients you work for. We then determine if you will be paid via Tentoo Directors Cast & Crew (Tentoo DC&C) or Tentoo Collective Freelance & Flex (Tentoo CF&F). Read more about these two companies here.

my.tentoo

My.tentoo is the backbone of our payroll service. You use the handy my.tentoo site to send us details of the hours you have worked for your clents. As soon as the client has approved your online jobsheet, we will transfer payment to you within a week.* We will then send the invoice to the client. You will receive your payslips in my.tentoo and also once a year, your income tax statement. (jaaropgave).
