How payrolling works

Payrolling via Tentoo is simple. You can register (at no charge) on my.tentoo.nl. You also need to send us a copy of your passport or identity card. Once you get started, you record the hours you work and the agreed rate periodically (weekly or monthly) on my.tentoo.nl.

Once the client has approved the online work record, we transfer your net wages to you within a week. * We also send an invoice to the client.

When you register with us we check which form of payrolling is most appropriate. This depends on various factors including your profession or position and the number of clients you work for. We then decide whether you will be payrolled via Tentoo Directors Cast & Crew (Tentoo DC&C) or Tentoo Collective Freelance & Flex (Tentoo CF&F). You can read more about these two subsidiaries here.

My.tentoo is at the core of our payroll service. You use the convenience of my.tentoo to keep us informed of the hours you work for your clients. Once the client has approved the online work record, we transfer the money to you within a week.* We also send the invoice to the client. You receive your payslips and your annual statement of earnings and benefits via my.tentoo.
