The job sheet has been approved but after several days it is still listed as not processed

There are 4 possible reasons

1) Have you created the job sheet or made changes to it? It is possible that the individual who carried out the work has not authorized the job sheet yet. You can contact him/her directly to remind him/her that the job sheet requires authorization. Tentoo will also send a reminder email requesting authorization on all job sheets (also following changes).

2) Once a job sheet has been approved, it is placed on the dispatch list. It is possible that the job sheet is still on the dispatch list.

3) The job sheet has not yet been processed because there is a problem with it. For example because it includes work carried out on a day when the person in question has already worked. We will contact the appropriate person regarding this.

4) The job sheet may not yet have been processed due to an error. Please contact us regarding this so we can correct the error as quickly as possible.

I've received a job sheet by email, but it's not listed as one of the work records to be approved

This may mean that it is the first time this person has worked for you. Therefore they are not linked with you in our system. To link the job sheet to your account, please contact the Service Desk on +31 (0) 20 420 20 70. Using the reference number on the job sheet, the Service Desk assistant will set up the link for you. The next time this individual is paid the link will be in place.

Can I also carry out a search using just part of the name?

Yes, even if you just fill in the first letter of the name at the top of the 'Name' column and click on 'Search', a list of all the workers whose name starts with that letter will appear.

Can I specify the basis of the agreed rate of pay for people who are working for me and completing job sheets?

You can do this in the 'Company details' screen under 'Basis for amount'. The options are:

  • Excluding VAT (BTW) including commission
  • Excluding VAT (BTW) excluding commission
  • Gross including commission
  • Net excluding commission

Can I change my company details without contacting Tentoo?

Yes, you can do this for all the information displayed on the 'Company details' screen. A password is required to confirm changes. We will process the changes immediately.

I've forgotten my username and password and I'm the principal user. How can I get a new username and password?

To get a new password, please contact the Service Desk. We will send you a new password via email. You can contact the Service Desk by calling +31 (0) 20 420 20 70 or email: info@tentoo.nl.

What does pre-pay status mean?

If the pre-pay status in the 'job sheet' overview is 'YES', then our payment is dependent on payment by the client (see article 3.3 of the general terms and conditions).

Can I delete job sheets?

Yes, but this is only possible if the job sheet has not yet been approved. To delete a job sheet, click on the relevant job sheet in the overview. At the bottom of the screen you have the option to delete the job sheet. Once the job sheet has been deleted, your contact person is informed of this via email.

Can I make changes to job sheets?

Yes, but this is only possible if the job sheet has not yet been approved. You can click on the relevant job sheet in the overview. At the bottom of the screen you have the option to edit the job sheet. This takes you to the screen where you fill in information to create the job sheet. After you have made the changes, click on 'Save changes' and submit the job sheet. To ensure that the old job sheet is not processed, the new job sheet replaces the old one.

How can I change the settings on my computer so that each item appears in a separate column in Excel?

In the bottom left hand corner of your screen go to Start, Settings (Instellingen), Control Panel (Configuratiescherm), Regional Options (Landinstellingen). Stay in the 'Regional Options' tab and where the language is shown choose 'Change' (Aanpassen). Stay in the tab Numbers (Getallen) and change the list separator (lijstscheidingsteken) to a a semi-colon (;) and click on OK. If you start downloading the data again, the downloaded data for name, address, town etc. will appear in separate columns in Excel.

Can I export an overview into Excel?

You can export an excel sheet from my.tentoo containing an overview of your work records and clients. At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to download an overview. If you click on the paperclip, you can select the information you want the overview to include.

If you are a client wanting to print out an overview, you can do this by filling in a date where it says Production and clicking on the Search button (under gender). You will then see a list of everyone who has worked for you since that date. You can also select different options to create a different overview.

Each time I fill in my password, I receive a message that the password is incorrect

Unfortunately problems can arise if you log in to my.tentoo using Firefox. Firefox occasionally changes your password after you have typed it in. As the characters in the password are not shown, this is not visible.

You can make the following changes in your Firefox browser:

  • Open the menu Extra
  • Click on Options
  • Click on the tab Security
  • Click on the button Saved passwords
  • Then delete the saved passwords for my.tentoo.nl by clicking on the relevant line and then clicking the Delete button

Once you have done this, you should be able to log in successfully.

I can't change my password

A password has to be made up of a combination of letters, numbers and punctuation marks (for example, tentoo1! or welcome5*). Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 15.

How can I create a new username or password?

If you are a freelancer/flex worker or a self-employed individual (zzp'er), click on 'I've forgotten my username/password' on the screen where you log in. Then fill in your username or email address. A new username and/or password will be sent to you via email.

If you are a client and have forgotten your password, please make contact with the principal user of my.tentoo. The principal user can delete your old account and create a new one. Your new username and password will be sent to you via email.

I'm trying to approve the general terms and conditions but I can't put a tick in the box

Before you can accept the general terms and conditions, you must have read them in full. You can use the scrollbar to scroll to the bottom and put a tick in the box where it says 'I agree to the general terms and conditions'.
